This low-density, low rise, Mediterranean styled villa was completed on a most incredible site in 1988. The private island lifestyle here makes it hard to believe that you are just minutes from the heart of Naples. Ardissone is comprised of six 3-story buildings with a total of 33 units (1 or 2 residences per floor). The list of features is extensive: great view, deeded beach access, boating access, a bayfront pool and spa, privacy, security, and of course location - just north of the Village on Venetian Bay.

Parking is all under building and there are boat docks for easy access to the Gulf. The typical floor plan is over 2,500 square feet, and 3 penthouses are over 5,000 (including balconies) . Residents enjoy deeded beach access directly across the street and boat slips within the complex that are available for purchase. The entrance is secured by a gate and each resident enjoys the security of a private key-operated elevator to their residence.

Maintenance includes roof inspections twice yearly. As of 2008, no major renovations are on the table. Pets, with approval, are allowed at Ardissone. Units may be lease up to twice a year, for a minimum of 90 days at a time.
