The Casa Mar was built in 1990 by Christian Lloyd. These luxurious villas offer magnificent views of the Park Shore Area.

Casa Mar is comprised of 12 villas. The villas have three or four stories ranging from 4,200 to 4,800 total square feet. Pets are allowed with the association’s approval. Residents may lease out their units twice a year.

Each villa has its own private pool and spa. The beach is only a short walk away from the villas. Living at Casa Mar gives you the opportunity to purchase or lease a boat slip at the Venetian Bay Yacht Club. For your convenience each villa has a two car garage and two additional parking spaces.
