The Venetian Cove Condominium was built in 1977 on the southern most bayfront site in Park Shore and offers tremendous Venetian Bay views along with all the Park Shore amenities: access to the private 1-1/4 mile lighted Park Shore Beach Promenade, Boat slips for lease, close proximity to Venetian Village, and more.The condominium itself is comprised of 60 residential units on 6 floors. Residences range in size from 1,330 to 1,700 square feet of living area.

Venetian Cove’s bayfront pool is simply wonderful. You can relax by the pool and watch colorful boats meander by and enjoy the manicured grounds. Boat slips are owned by the association and available for lease to the owners at a very modest rate. Recent renovations as of 2008 include a new seawall and new pavers in the parking lot.

Owners receive one parking space. No pets. Rental policy allows two leases a year, for a minimum term of 30 days each.
